Losing a child—at any stage of pregnancy or infancy—is a profound, isolating pain. Too often, families navigate this journey in silence, without the inclusive, ongoing care they deserve. At Hannah’s Hope, we believe no family should face pregnancy or infant loss alone. Founded from lived experience, our 501(c)(3) nonprofit offers compassionate support, tangible resources, and meaningful ways to honor every baby gone too soon. Through remembrance events, personalized care packages, and peer-based support, we help families find connection, comfort, and community—transforming heartbreak into hope.
